A movie that the whole family enjoys!

"To make a movie that everyone in the family can watch is a relatively easy task; however, making a family movie that everyone in the family will enjoy is a bit challenging. Family movies are defined as those suitable for the whole family, distinct from themes involving sex, violence, and the like, and characterized by positive values and inspirational content."

'Main Street'

"Main Street" (meaning "Main Street" in Chinese) is situated in the heart of Flushing, Queens. Given Flushing's substantial Fuzhou Chinese population, the transliteration of "Main Street" in the Fuzhou dialect remains as "Main Street." Main Street serves as a central thoroughfare that combines elements of food, shopping, and daily life. The TV series "Main St" is a narrative that reflects the Chinese community, the largest in New York, as it maintains its cultural identity while integrating into American culture. We firmly believe that the story of Chinese Americans is, at its core, the story of America.

"A thrilling television series."

"Focusing on the struggles and growth stories of Chinese-American second-generation individuals in the United States. The series portrays the challenging experiences of immigration, the integration of diverse cultures, and the heartwarming moments of realizing self-worth in a foreign land through the lives of five mother-daughter pairs."

The backdrop of this work is Flushing, one of the largest Chinese communities in the United States. Flushing has been a witness to the integration of various ethnic groups, including recent immigrants from the Netherlands, Korea, Taiwan, and mainland China. Their arrival has injected vibrancy and life into this area. The name 'Main Street' is derived from the transliteration of the Fuzhou dialect, symbolizing the journey of Chinese immigrants establishing roots and striving in this locale.

Here, you will follow the journeys of five pairs of mothers and daughters, gaining insight into their growth, struggles, and self-development in a multicultural environment. Each character represents a unique life story, enabling us to share in their tenacity, courage, and aspirations.
